I proudly assert that I can almost stay on the stage in this game. This guy is inhumanly good, and it’s awesome to see the game capture reality well that a rally driver’s skill would translate.

Are rally cars required to have a separate gear selector? I would imagine a flappy paddle set-up would be better or would that be worse with high wheel turn amounts.

Depends on the series. Some allow paddles, some require levers.
